How to Claim a Refund

  1. Trial Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test our products.
  2. Contact Us: If it's not for you, email us at support@luneirapersonalcare.com with the subject line "30-Day Guarantee".
  3. Feedback Form: We will send you a quick 3-question feedback form. Your honest feedback helps our R&D team improve.
  4. The "Eco-Friendly" Return Logic:
    • Used Products: If you have used the product (even up to 50%), you do not need to ship the bottle back to us. We do not believe in creating carbon emissions by shipping empty or used bottles. Please recycle the bottle or pass it to a friend.
    • Unopened/Unused Products: If the product is sealed and unused, we will arrange a reverse pickup (a flat ₹100 reverse logistics fee will be deducted from the refund).

Important Note on Bundles & Free Gifts

To prevent abuse of our rewards system, if you purchased a Bundle or received "Free Tiered Gifts" (e.g., Bamboo Bottle, Neem Comb) and wish to request a refund:

  • You may keep the Free Gifts! However, their MRP value will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Alternatively, you may return the unused Free Gifts to receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • After dispatch: You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the claim is approved or the returned goods are inspected at our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
