6.1 Eligibility

Luneira Personal Care Pvt. Ltd. ("The Company") offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all first-time purchases made directly through luneirapersonalcare.com. Requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the tracked delivery date.

6.2 The "Empty Bottle" Exemption

To reduce environmental impact, The Company waives the requirement to physically return used product containers for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The exemption applies to a maximum of one (1) unit per product type per customer.
• The customer must complete the mandatory "R&D Feedback Form" sent by our support team.
• The Company reserves the right to deny the exemption if we detect a pattern of abuse or repeated refund requests from the same household/IP address.

6.3 Refund Calculation & Free Gifts (The "Anti-Gaming" Clause)

In the event of a return or refund request for an order that included promotional items, "Free Gifts," or "Tiered Rewards" (including but not limited to: Bamboo Water Bottles, Neem Combs, Loofahs, Toothbrushes):

• Retention of Gifts: If the Customer chooses to keep the Free Gift(s), the Non-Discounted MRP of said gift(s) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• Return of Gifts: If the Customer chooses to return the Free Gift(s) to secure a full refund, the gifts must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Bundles: If a specific item within a "Bundle" or "Kit" is claimed for a refund, the refund value will be calculated based on the pro-rated discounted price of that item in the bundle, not its individual MRP.

6.4 Shipping Costs

• Original Forward Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
• For returns of Unopened/Sealed products where physical return is required, a Reverse Shipping Fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund total.
• For Used/Opened products covered under the Guarantee, no reverse shipping fee applies (as no return is required).

6.5 Processing Time

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the claim is approved or the returned goods are inspected at our warehouse.

6.6 Right to Refuse

Luneira reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or if the request is made outside the 30-day window.
